Carne Asada Tacos Ingredients

Method

Preparation Directions

1

Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the flank steak to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

2

Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to high heat. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is reached.

3

Rest the Steak

Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

4

Prepare Tacos

Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet until pliable.

5

Assemble Tacos

Fill each tortilla with sliced steak, then top with chopped cilantro, diced onion, sliced radishes, and avocado slices.

6

Serve

Serve the tacos immediately with lime wedges on the side.
