Duke's Mai Tai - Ingredients
Method
Duke's Mai Tai - Directions
Batch the drink
In a large pitcher, combine the White rum, Dark rum, Four Roses bourbon, Cherry Heering, Grand Marnier, Pineapple juice, Lime juice, Orgeat syrup, and Simple syrup. Stir thoroughly to ensure all liquids are integrated and the flavors meld.
Taste the batch and adjust sweetness with a touch more Simple syrup if desired, and balance tartness with a splash of Lime juice as needed.
Chill the batch in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to let flavors settle.
Serve
To serve, fill four glasses with crushed ice. Divide the batch evenly, pouring about 340 ml into each glass. Garnish is optional: you can add a lime wheel or a pineapple wedge per glass.
