Mix the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice.
Blend Until Smooth
Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
Serving
Prepare the Glass
Take a chilled cocktail glass and pour the blended mixture into it, filling it to the rim.
Garnish
Top the drink with a slice of pineapple, a maraschino cherry, and sprinkle shredded coconut over the top for garnish.
