Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. Cut the lobster tail down the center with kitchen scissors to open it up. Gently pull the meat out and lay it on top of the shell.

2

Season the Lobster

Drizzle the lobster meat with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Squeeze half the lemon juice over the top.

3

Cook the Lobster

Place the lobster tail on the grill or in the oven for about 8-10 minutes, until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

4

Prepare the Steak

While the lobster is cooking, season the sirloin steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper on both sides.

5

Cook the Steak

Grill or pan-sear the steak over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached.

6

Finishing Touches

Once both the lobster and steak are cooked, remove them from the heat. Squeeze the remaining lemon juice over the steak and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
