Prepare the Duck Wings
Rinse and pat dry the duck wings. Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder. Toss well to coat evenly.
Heat the Oil
In a large pot or deep fryer, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C).
Fry the Wings
Carefully add the seasoned duck wings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Toss in Sauce
In a large bowl, toss the fried duck wings with your choice of sauce until evenly coated.
Serve
Serve hot and enjoy your crispy duck wings!
