Burger Preparation

Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal patties.

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.

Grill the Patties

On a grill or skillet, cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.

Melt the Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of pepper jack cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

Guacamole Preparation

Make the Guacamole

In a bowl, mash the ripe avocados. Add lime juice, diced red onion, diced tomato, chopped cilantro, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Assembly

Assemble the Burgers

On the bottom half of each burger bun, place a beef patty with melted cheese. Top with 2 slices of bacon, a generous scoop of guacamole, and a drizzle of Sriracha mayo. Place the top bun and serve.
