Burger Preparation

1

Prepare the Beef Patty

Form the ground beef into two equal patties. Season with salt and pepper.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

3

Cook the Beef Patties

In the same skillet, add the beef patties and smash them down with a spatula. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip and add a slice of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3 minutes until the cheese melts.

4

Fry the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs sunny-side-up or to your preference.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the brioche bun, layer the lettuce, tomato, onion, the beef patty with cheese, bacon, and the fried egg. Drizzle fry sauce on top and place the top half of the bun.
