Meatballs Preparation

Mix Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Form Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, approximately 2 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.

Add Tomatoes and Seasoning
Stir in crushed tomatoes, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove the sauce from heat and stir in chopped fresh basil.

Cook Spaghetti
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
