Method
Prepare the Pasta

Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
Prepare the Vegetables

Chop the Vegetables
While the pasta is cooking, wash and chop the bell peppers, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
Make the Garlic Sauce

Sauté the Garlic
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Add the Vegetables
Add the chopped vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Add Broth and Season
Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Finish with Cheese and Basil
Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh basil until well combined.
Serve

Plate the Dish
Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and basil if desired.
