Place the slices of focaccia bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Bake for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- 3
While the focaccia is baking, wash the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves. Halve the cherry tomatoes and set aside.

Once the focaccia is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Place the slices on a serving platter.

Tear the burrata cheese open and place it in the center of the focaccia. Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes around the burrata.
- 6
Drape the prosciutto slices over the burrata and tomatoes.
- 7
Drizzle the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and the balsamic glaze over the entire dish.
- 8
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.
