Place a flute or coupe in the refrigerator or freezer for 5–10 minutes to chill. Keep the bottle of Versetto Prosecco chilled in an ice bucket or refrigerator until ready to serve.

Chill and prepare glassware

In a mixing glass or small shaker without shaking out the carbonation (use ice only to chill), combine 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice, 0.25 oz simple syrup, and 0.5 oz pear nectar. Add 4 ice cubes and stir gently for 10–12 seconds to chill and dilute slightly. Strain the mixture into the chilled flute or coupe, leaving room for the Prosecco.

Build the base

Slowly pour or gently tilt and stream 1 bottle of Versetto Prosecco Extra Dry (or pour per-glass about 4–5 oz) into the glass over the back of a spoon or down the side to preserve carbonation and create even integration with the base. Fill to the desired level, usually leaving a small headspace.
