Measure and combine
Add 2 oz vanilla vodka, 1 oz passion fruit liqueur, 1 oz pineapple juice, 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice and 0.25 oz vanilla syrup (if using) into a cocktail shaker.

Add ice and shake
Fill the shaker with ice (about 3/4 full or ~1 cup). Seal and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the shaker is very cold and the exterior becomes frosty. This builds texture and chill.

Garnish
Float half a passion fruit (cut side up) on top of the cocktail. If using a whole passion fruit half is too large for the glass, spoon 1/2–1 tsp of the pulp onto the surface instead.

Serve with prosecco
Pour 2 oz chilled prosecco or Champagne into a small shot glass or on the side. Traditionally served alongside the cocktail so the drinker can sip or add a splash to taste.

Present immediately while cold. Stir or top with prosecco as desired and enjoy responsibly.
