Directions
Prepare the Basil Infusion
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and fresh basil leaves. Allow to steep for 10 minutes.
Mix the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the infused olive oil (remove basil leaves), Absolut vodka, strawberry shrub, champagne syrup, fresh lemon juice, and fresh lime juice. Add ice cubes and shake well until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh strawberries on the rim.
