Prepare the Glass
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes to chill.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the Cruzan pineapple rum, guava juice, and Combier orange liqueur. Shake well until chilled.
Assemble the Drink
Pour the mixture over the ice in the prepared glass. Add the diced fresh pineapple and gently stir.
Finish with Mint and Soda
Top with soda water and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
