Blueberry-Banana Yogurt Drink

Method

Blueberry-Banana Yogurt Drink

1

Prepare ingredients

If using fresh blueberries, rinse and drain. Slice the banana into chunks. If you prefer a chilled drink and are using fresh fruit, measure ice cubes.

2

Add 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, and the banana chunks to a blender.

3

Pour in 1 cup milk and add 1 tablespoon honey (adjust to taste), 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice (optional).

4

If using fresh fruit, add 4 ice cubes for a cool, slightly frothy texture. If using frozen blueberries or banana, omit ice or reduce amount.

5

Blend on high until very smooth and creamy, about 30–60 seconds depending on your blender. Stop and scrape down sides if needed.

6

Taste and adjust sweetness or milk for thinner consistency. Blend briefly if you adjust.

7

Pour into a glass and serve immediately. Keeps well refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 24 hours; shake or stir before drinking as separation may occur.

Mango-Pineapple Yogurt Drink

8

Prepare ingredients

If using fresh mango, peel and cut into chunks. Drain canned pineapple well. Measure coconut water or milk and lime juice.

9

Combine 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup mango chunks and 1/2 cup pineapple chunks in the blender.

10

Add 1 cup coconut water or milk, 1/2 teaspoon lime juice and 1 teaspoon agave or honey if you want extra sweetness.

11

Add 4 ice cubes if using fresh fruit for a cold, slushy texture; omit if fruit is frozen.

12

Blend until smooth and slightly frothy, about 30–45 seconds. Pause and scrape down the sides as necessary.

13

Check texture — add more coconut water or milk 1–2 tablespoons at a time if you prefer a thinner drink, then blend again briefly.

14

Serve immediately over ice or refrigerate in a covered bottle up to 24 hours; stir before serving.

Strawberry-Oat Yogurt Drink (Creamy, slightly thick)

15

Soak oats (optional for a smoother drink)

If you prefer a very smooth texture, soak the 1/4 cup rolled oats in 1/4 cup milk for 5–10 minutes before blending. This softens them and reduces grittiness.

16

Place 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 cup strawberries, soaked oats (or dry oats), 3/4 cup milk, 1 tablespoon honey, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional) into the blender.

17

Add 3 ice cubes if using fresh fruit or to chill the drink.

18

Blend on high until the oats are fully incorporated and the mixture is smooth, about 45–60 seconds. Stop and scrape down sides to ensure even blending.

19

Taste and adjust sweetness or milk for desired consistency. If too thick, add milk 1–2 tablespoons at a time and re-blend.

20

Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Store in the fridge in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours; stir or shake before drinking.
