Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and peel the cucumbers. Cut them into thin slices and place them in a large mixing bowl.

2

Add Avocado

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into the mixing bowl. Dice the avocado into bite-sized pieces.

3

Chop Cilantro

Rinse the cilantro under cold water, shake off excess water, and finely chop the leaves. Add the chopped cilantro to the mixing bowl.

Marinade

4

Prepare the Marinade

In a separate bowl, combine the lime juice, finely chopped jalapeño pepper (remove seeds for less heat), and salt. Mix well until combined.

5

Combine Ingredients

Pour the marinade over the cucumber, avocado, and cilantro mixture. Toss gently to ensure all ingredients are well coated.

Serving

6

Chill and Serve

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve chilled as a refreshing appetizer or side dish.
