Wine Preparation

1. Harvesting Grapes

Select ripe Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and pick them during the harvest season.

2. Crushing Grapes

Crush the harvested grapes to release their juice, keeping the skins and seeds intact for tannin and color.

3. Fermentation

Transfer the crushed grapes into a fermentation vessel. Add water and yeast to the grape juice. Allow fermentation to occur for about 7-10 days at a controlled temperature.

4. Pressing

After fermentation, press the mixture to separate the liquid wine from the solids (skins and seeds).

5. Aging

Transfer the pressed wine into oak barrels for aging. Allow the wine to age for at least 12 months to develop its flavor profile.

6. Bottling

Once aged, filter the wine and bottle it. Seal the bottles and store them in a cool, dark place.
