Beverage Components

2 cups Hot Chocolate Mix4 cups Water or Milk1 cup RumChata1 cup Butterscotch Schnapps

Toppings

1 cup Whipped Cream1/2 cups Chocolate Shavings (optional)to taste Caramel Sauce (for drizzling, optional)

Method

Preparation of Hot Chocolate

Mix Hot Chocolate

In a medium saucepan, combine 4 cups of water or milk with 2 cups of hot chocolate mix. Heat over medium heat, stirring frequently until the mixture is hot and well combined. Do not let it boil.

Add Alcohol

Once the hot chocolate is heated through, remove it from the heat. Stir in 1 cup of RumChata and 1 cup of Butterscotch Schnapps until fully incorporated.

Serving

Serve the Hot Chocolate

Pour the hot chocolate mixture into mugs, filling each mug about three-quarters full.

Add Whipped Cream

Top each mug with a generous dollop of whipped cream.

Garnish (Optional)

Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top and drizzle with caramel sauce if desired.
