Prepare the Hamburger Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties.
Cook the Hamburger Patties
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Prepare the Lop Cheung Fried Rice
Slice the Lop Cheung into thin pieces. In another skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the Lop Cheung and cook until slightly crispy. Add the cooked rice and soy sauce, and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes. Stir in chopped green onions.
Prepare the Gravy
Prepare the brown gravy according to package instructions.
Assemble the Loco Moco
On a plate, place a serving of Lop Cheung fried rice, top it with a hamburger patty, pour over the brown gravy, and add a sunny side up egg on top.
