Ensure White Claw cans have been chilled to 38–45°F (3–7°C) for best carbonation and refreshment. Keep cans in refrigerator or ice bin until service time.

Chill & Convenience

When serving, remove 2 chilled White Claw cans from cooler. Place each can into a short highball glass filled with 1/2 cup ice if the guest prefers poured; otherwise present the cans unopened on a napkin.

Offer a lemon or lime wedge alongside each White Claw. If guest requests, run wedge around the rim and drop into the glass.

Determine whether guest ordered red or white house wine. If white, ensure bottle is chilled to 45–55°F (7–13°C). If red, bring to cellar or slightly cool temperature (55–65°F / 13–18°C).

Chill or Open

Present wine bottle to guest for approval. If accepted, cut the foil below the lip, wipe the top of the bottle, and use a waiter’s corkscrew to remove the cork.

Wipe the bottle mouth with a clean cloth. Pour one small taste (around 30–50 ml) for the guest if requested. If approved, pour 5–6 oz (150–180 ml) servings into wine glasses. For the $20 bottle offer, serve the whole bottle to the party as requested.

Place the opened bottle on the table with a coaster or ice bucket if it’s white and guest will be keeping it for an extended time.

Charge $6.00 for a set of 2 White Claws (both cans) as the all-day offer, and $20 flat for a bottle of house wine. If guest orders both, ring separately: '2 White Claws — $6' and 'House Wine — $20'.

If offering both items together as a combo, confirm pricing with management; otherwise treat as individual items per the advertised promotion.

Provide napkins and optional garnishes. Replace ice and glassware between customers and follow local service laws for ID checks and responsible service.
