This hazy, New England style IPAs been crafted by our finest, tight-pants wearing brewers. It’s a blend of wheat and oats, unironically dry hopped with All American hops. Notes of melon, mango and pine lead to flavor so cool it’ll curl your mustache.

In a large brew kettle, heat 3 gallons of water to 165°F (74°C). Add the Pale Malt, Wheat Malt, and Flaked Oats to the water and stir well. Maintain a temperature of 152°F (67°C) for 60 minutes.

Mashing

After mashing, sparge with an additional 2 gallons of water heated to 170°F (77°C) to rinse the sugars from the grains.

Sparging

Bring the wort to a boil. Once boiling, add the Citra Hops and boil for 60 minutes. Add the Mosaic Hops with 15 minutes left in the boil, and the Simcoe Hops with 5 minutes left.

Boiling

Cool the wort quickly using a wort chiller or an ice bath until it reaches 70°F (21°C).

Cooling

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermenter. Pitch the yeast and seal with an airlock. Ferment at 68-72°F (20-22°C) for 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, dissolve the priming sugar in a small amount of boiling water. Add this to the beer and bottle it. Allow the bottles to carbonate at room temperature for 1-2 weeks.
