Prepare the Guavas

Peel and chop the ripe guavas into small pieces. Place them in a blender.

Blend the mixture

Add coconut milk, lime zest, lime juice, and sugar to the blender with the guavas. Blend until smooth.

Chill the mixture

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Allow it to chill for about 2 hours, or until it starts to freeze.

Scrape and freeze

After 2 hours, use a fork to scrape the mixture and break up any ice crystals. Return to the freezer for an additional 2-3 hours until fully frozen.

Serve

Scoop the sorbet into bowls and garnish with candied mint leaves before serving.
