1

Prepare glass

Fill a large wine glass generously with ice until nearly full. Using plenty of ice keeps the drink cold and preserves the effervescence of the Prosecco.

2

Build drink

Pour the chilled Prosecco into the glass first (3 oz). This helps preserve bubbles and prevents the drink from becoming flat when mixing.

3

Add Aperol

Slowly pour in the chilled Aperol (2 oz) over the back of a spoon or gently down the side of the glass to layer slightly and retain effervescence.

4

Top with soda

Add the chilled soda water (1 oz) to the glass. Stir once gently with a bar spoon (1–2 slow turns) to combine without knocking out all the carbonation.

5

Garnish & serve

Garnish with one fresh orange wheel placed on the rim or floated in the glass. Serve immediately with a straw or stirrer if desired.
