Pasta Preparation

1

Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the pasta and set aside.

Seafood Cooking

2

Sauté the Seafood

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, add the mussels and calamari, cooking for about 4-5 minutes until the mussels open up and the calamari is tender. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Sauce Preparation

3

Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the halved cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 3-4 minutes. Pour in the white wine and bring to a simmer, allowing it to reduce by half.

4

Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked seafood to the skillet with the sauce. Add the cooked spaghetti, red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, and reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired sauce consistency. Stir well to combine.

Finishing Touches

5

Season and Serve

Season the pasta with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
