A fruity strawberry shake made with real strawberries.

Strawberry Shake

Enjoy a creamy and refreshing regular-sized strawberry shake made with ripe strawberries and smooth vanilla ice cream.

Strawberry Shake, regular size

In a large fermentation vessel, combine 750 ml of Prosecco with 15 g of crushed Pinot Noir grapes. Allow the mixture to ferment for 5-7 days at a controlled temperature of 15-20°C (59-68°F) to develop flavor.

Ferment the Base

After fermentation, add 10 g of sugar and 2 g of yeast to the mixture. Stir gently to dissolve and incorporate. This will help create the bubbles in the final product.

Transfer the mixture to a sealed bottle or secondary fermentation vessel with 250 ml of filtered water. Allow it to ferment for an additional 2-3 weeks in a cool, dark place.

Secondary Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, allow the Prosecco Rosé to settle for a few days to clarify. You may use fining agents if desired.

Clarification

Chill the Prosecco Rosé in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. Pour into a flute glass, leaving some space for garnish.

Chill and Serve

Before serving, take 5 fresh raspberries and 5 mint leaves. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry.

Prepare Garnish

Place 1-2 raspberries at the bottom of each glass and add a mint leaf on top for an aromatic touch.
