Classic Margarita

Method

Classic Margarita

1

Prepare glass

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a rocks or coupe glass and dip the rim in coarse salt. Set aside.

2

In a cocktail shaker add tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice and simple syrup (if using). Add ice and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.

3

Double strain into the prepared glass over fresh ice (or serve straight up) and garnish with a lime wedge. Note: offer an extra flavor (e.g., mango, jalapeño, or blood orange) for +$1: add 0.5 oz of flavored purée or syrup and adjust sweetness to taste.

Lemon Drop

4

Rim the glass

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled martini or coupe glass and dip into superfine sugar. Set aside.

5

In a shaker add vodka, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup with ice. Shake vigorously 10–12 seconds until cold.

6

Fine strain into the prepared glass chilled and garnish with a lemon twist.

Bellini

7

Spoon 2 tablespoons peach purée into a chilled flute or coupe.

8

Slowly top with chilled Prosecco (about 4 oz) to preserve bubbles. Gently stir once with a bar spoon to combine. Garnish with a thin peach slice if desired.

Mojito

9

Place mint leaves and simple syrup (or sugar) into a highball glass. Gently muddle 6–8 times — press to release oils but avoid shredding the mint.

10

Add fresh lime juice, rum and a handful of crushed ice. Stir vigorously to lift the mint and chill the drink.

11

Top with club soda (about 2 oz), give a gentle stir, and finish with more crushed ice if desired. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.

Classic Mimosa

12

Pour chilled fresh orange juice (about 2 oz) into a chilled flute.

13

Slowly add chilled Champagne or sparkling wine (about 3 oz) to preserve effervescence. Garnish with an orange slice if desired. Serve immediately.

Appletini (Apple Martini)

14

In a shaker add vodka, sour apple liqueur, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup with ice.

15

Shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds until well chilled, then fine strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a thin apple slice.

Strawberry Daiquiri (Frozen)

16

Add white rum, strawberries, fresh lime juice, simple syrup and crushed ice to a blender.

17

Blend on high until smooth and slushy (about 20–30 seconds, depending on blender). Taste and adjust sweetness or texture: add more ice for thicker or a splash of simple syrup for sweeter.

18

Pour into a chilled hurricane or coupe glass and garnish with a strawberry or lime wheel.

Tequila Sunrise

19

Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in tequila and orange juice; stir gently to combine.

20

Slowly pour grenadine down the inside of the glass — it will sink and create the sunrise effect. Do not stir. Garnish with an orange slice or cherry.
