Method
Lemon Drop Cocktail Base (per 3 cocktails)
Chill Glasses
Place three cocktail glasses in the freezer or fill with ice water to chill while you prepare the drinks.
In a large cocktail shaker or mixing pitcher, combine vodka (9 oz), fresh lemon juice (6 oz), triple sec (3 oz), and simple syrup (3 oz).
Add 3 cups of ice to the shaker, cap, and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty and the mixture is well chilled.
If using a mixing pitcher, stir well with a bar spoon until very cold, then strain through a fine mesh strainer into a clean pitcher to remove small ice shards.
Flavor Add-ins (optional, $1 per flavor)
Choose up to three flavor add-ins (mango, passion fruit, peach, or strawberry). For each flavor you want, add 3 tablespoons of the corresponding puree to the chilled cocktail base pitcher and gently stir to incorporate.
If making three different flavored cocktails for the tower, divide the shaken base evenly into three portions (about 6 oz per glass). To each portion, stir in one chosen 3 Tbsp flavor puree and gently taste to confirm balance; add up to 1/2 Tbsp more puree if you want a stronger fruit profile.
If you prefer an unflavored classic Lemon Drop, do not add puree and keep the base as-is.
Garnish & Presentation (for the floral tower)
Strain each flavored portion into the prepared glasses. For a martini-style presentation, pour about 5.5–6 oz per glass, leaving a small headspace for garnish.
Garnish each glass with a thin lemon wheel on the rim and a small edible flower placed on the drink surface. Add a mint sprig to each glass for aroma. Finish with a light grate of lemon zest (about 1/3 tsp per glass) dispersed across the three cocktails.
Arrange the three finished cocktails on the three-tier floral tower stand or tray: place one cocktail on each tier so the drinks form a vertical 'tower' display. Scatter remaining edible flowers artfully on the tiers and around the glasses for a floral look.
Serve immediately with small cocktail napkins. If sharing flavor options, label each tier or place a small card indicating the flavor (Mango, Passion Fruit, Peach, Strawberry, or Classic).
