1. Prepare the Potatoes

2. Cook the Bacon

In a separate pan, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Once cooked, remove from the pan and place on paper towels to drain excess fat.

3. Scramble the Eggs
