Equipment / Serving
Method
General Setup
Decide the combination of four 16 oz beverages you will serve. Options: regular coffee, decaf coffee, orange juice (additional), apple juice (additional), milk (additional), chocolate milk (additional). Ensure quantities selected total four 16 oz servings (473 ml each).
Gather equipment: coffee maker and carafe for brewed coffee; chilled pitchers for juices or milk; cups, lids, spoons, sweeteners, and condiments.
Preparing Brewed Coffee (for up to four 16 oz servings)
Measure water and coffee
For four 16 oz cups (total 64 fl oz / ~1.9 liters), measure approximately 64 fl oz (1.9 L) of fresh cold water. Use a standard coffee-to-water ratio of 1:17 by weight (~1 g coffee per 17 ml water). If using volume, use roughly 12–14 tablespoons (about ¾ to 1 cup / 55–70 g) of medium-ground coffee for a medium strength pot. Adjust for taste.
Brew
Place a filter in the coffee maker, add the measured coffee grounds and water, and brew according to your machine's instructions. If using a commercial urn, follow manufacturer guidelines to fill and brew to yield four 16 oz servings.
Hold and serve
Once brewed, transfer coffee to a thermal carafe or leave in the coffee maker’s carafe to stay hot. Offer a second carafe of decaf if some guests chose decaf. Provide milk/cream, sugar, sweeteners and flavored syrup on the side.
Preparing Juices and Milk (cold options)
Chill containers
Chill pitchers and cups if possible to keep juices and milk cold. If serving immediately, fill each 16 oz cup with ice if desired (about 1–2 cups ice per cup) and plan for dilution from melting ice.
Portion juices or milk
Measure and pour 16 fl oz (473 ml) of the selected juice or milk into each cup. For four servings, pour a total of 64 fl oz (1.9 L) distributed across cups according to guest choices (for example, four cups of orange juice equals one 64 fl oz pitcher).

Packaging for Pickup or To-Go
If these beverages are for pickup or delivery, fill each 16 oz cup to about 15–16 oz (leaving room for expansion), secure lids, and include napkins, stirrers, and a small packet of sugar and creamer if requested. Keep hot coffee in insulated carriers and cold beverages in ice-packed coolers to maintain temperature during transport.
