In a large pot, heat 500 ml of water to approximately 70°C. Add the malted barley and corn, stirring to combine. Let it rest for 60 minutes.

Prepare the Mash

After the mash time is up, bring the mixture to a boil. Add the hops and boil for 30 minutes.

Boil the Mixture

After boiling, cool the mixture (wort) to around 20°C as quickly as possible, using an immersion chiller or an ice bath.

Cool the Wort

Transfer the cooled wort to a sanitized fermentation vessel. Add the yeast and seal with an airlock. Allow to ferment at room temperature for about 1-2 weeks.

Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, transfer the beer to sanitized bottles, leaving some space at the top. Cap the bottles and let them carbonate for another week.
