Harvest the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and remove any stems or leaves. Rinse the grapes thoroughly.

Prepare the Grapes

In a large fermentation container, crush the grapes using a grape crusher or your hands to release the juice.

Dissolve the sugar in 1 liter of water and pour the mixture into the fermentation container with the crushed grapes.

Transfer the pressed wine into a clean fermentation vessel and allow it to ferment for another 4-6 weeks.

Secondary Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, siphon the wine into clean bottles, leaving some space at the top. Seal the bottles with corks.

Bottling

Store the bottles in a cool, dark place for at least 6 months to allow the flavors to develop.
