Primary Fermentation

Once fermentation is complete, press the mixture to separate the liquid from the solids. The liquid is your wine.

Transfer the wine to oak barrels or bottles for aging. Allow it to age for at least 6 months to develop its flavors.

Aging

After aging, bottle the wine. Ensure that bottles are sterilized and sealed properly.
