Cocktail Preparation
Prepare the Glass
Fill a highball glass with ice cubes.
Mix the Ingredients
Pour the Bacardi ‘Black’ rum and fresh lime juice over the ice.
Add Bitters
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters to the mixture.
Top with Ginger Beer
Top off the glass with ginger beer, pouring gently.
Garnish
Garnish with a lime wedge on the rim of the glass.
Serve
Serve immediately and enjoy your Dark & Stormy!
