Poach crab cluster
Reduce heat so liquid is at a gentle simmer. Submerge the pre-cooked snow crab cluster in the simmering seasoned water for 3–4 minutes to heat through and infuse flavor. Do not boil vigorously to avoid drying the meat.

Prepare garlic lemon butter
In a small saucepan or skillet over low heat, melt 4 tablespoons unsalted butter. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic and cook gently 30–45 seconds until fragrant, taking care not to brown the garlic. Remove from heat and stir in the juice of half the lemon (about 1–2 tablespoons), 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper and 1 teaspoon sea salt. Taste and adjust seasoning; keep warm.
