Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Cook the Shrimp

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until they turn pink and opaque.

Add Tomatoes and Wine

Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and white wine. Increase the heat to medium-high and let it simmer for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes start to soften.

Season the Dish

Add the chopped basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and serve the shrimp Provençal hot with crusty bread on the side to soak up the delicious sauce.
