Method
Cocktail
- 1
Shake and strain
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add 1.5 oz coconut-flavored light rum, 1 oz vodka, 0.75 oz blue curaçao, 1 oz sweet & sour mix, 2 oz pineapple juice and 0.5 oz coconut cream. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly frothy.

- 3
If you prefer a layered appearance, after pouring the main mixture, drizzle an additional 0.25 oz blue curaçao slowly over the back of a spoon near the surface so it creates a deeper blue streak. Otherwise, skip this step — the drink will be uniformly bright blue.
Garnish & Serve
- 4
Garnish the rim or edge of the glass with a pineapple wedge and place a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick or directly on top. Add a paper umbrella if desired.
- 5
Serve with a chilled straw and enjoy immediately.
