Preparation Instructions

1

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2

Sauté Spinach

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

3

Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

4

Add Spinach and Artichokes

Chop the wilted spinach and add it to the cheese mixture, along with the chopped artichoke hearts. Stir until evenly mixed.

5

Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

6

Prepare French Bread

While the dip is baking, slice the French bread into pieces and toast them lightly if desired.

7

Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with toasted French bread.
