Preparation
1. Prepare the Vegetables
Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry. Slice the tomatoes into thin rounds.
2. Mix the Cheeses
In a bowl, combine feta cheese and cream cheese. Mix until smooth and well-blended.
3. Prepare the Meat
Choose your desired meat (Turkey, Ham, Roast Beef, or Pastrami) and slice it into thin strips.
Assembly
4. Assemble the Rolls
Take a piece of lavash bread and spread a layer of the cheese mixture evenly across the surface. Place a lettuce leaf on top, followed by tomato slices and your choice of meat. Sprinkle with dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
5. Roll It Up
Starting from one end, carefully roll the lavash tightly around the filling. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
Serving
6. Serve
Slice the rolled lavash into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately, or wrap in parchment paper for later.
