1. Prepare the Fish

Slice the black grouper fillet into thin, even sashimi-style slices and arrange them on a chilled serving plate.

2. Prepare the Vegetables

Finely slice the fennel bulb and thinly slice the serrano peppers. Scatter them over the grouper slices.

3. Prepare the Grapefruit

Segment the grapefruit, removing the skin and pith, and add the segments to the plate around the fish.

4. Finish with Lemon Oil
