Preparation
Cook the Base
Cook the brown rice according to package instructions or prepare the egg white noodles as directed.
Prepare the Stir-Fry
In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add sesame oil and heat until shimmering. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add Proteins and Vegetables
Add the diced chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Then add bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, and snap peas, cooking until vegetables are tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
Add Sauce
Pour in soy sauce, stirring to combine all ingredients and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Serve
Serve the stir-fry over the cooked brown rice or egg white noodles. Pair with apple slices on the side.
