Directions

1

Prepare the Fondue

In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

2

Add Crab Meat

Gently fold in the fresh crab meat into the cheese mixture. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

3

Melt the Mixture

Transfer the mixture to a fondue pot or an oven-safe dish. Heat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until melted and bubbly.

4

Prepare the Vegetables

While the fondue is melting, toss the Caulini, baby bell peppers, and celery sticks in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Grill them on medium heat until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

5

Grill the Baguette

Slice the baguette and brush each slice with olive oil. Grill the slices until golden brown on both sides.

6

Serve

Once the fondue is bubbly and golden, serve it hot with the grilled vegetables and baguette slices for dipping.
