1. Prepare the Gonzo Sauce

In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until well combined. Set aside.

2. Form the Patties

In a large bowl, combine the brisket and ground beef. Season with salt and pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties.

3. Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

4. Cook the Eggs

In a separate skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and fry until the whites are set and the yolks are sunny-side up.

5. Toast the English Muffins

Split the English muffins and toast them until golden brown.

6. Assemble the Gonzo

Spread the gonzo sauce on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin. Place a cheese-covered patty on top, followed by a sunny-side-up egg. Top with the other half of the muffin and serve immediately.
