Method
Prepare Glass
- 1
Chill glass
Place a pint glass or chilled beer glass in the freezer for 10–15 minutes or fill with ice water while you prepare ingredients so the beer stays cold longer.
- 2
If using a salted rim: pour the coarse sea salt onto a small plate. Run the cut edge of the 0.5 lime around the outer rim of the glass, then dip the rim lightly into the salt so it adheres. Shake off excess.
Citrus Prep
- 3
Cut the 0.5 lime in half. Reserve one half to squeeze and one quarter for additional garnish/adjustment. Cut the 0.25 lemon into a wedge for optional balancing of acidity.
- 4
Squeeze the juice from the half lime (about 0.5–0.75 tablespoons) into a small measuring cup or directly into the chilled glass. If using, squeeze the lemon wedge very lightly — no more than 1/2 teaspoon — to balance sweetness/acidity.
