Wine Profile & Glassware
- 1
Chill the bottle
Place the bottle of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving. If you need it faster, submerge the sealed bottle in an ice-water bath for 20–30 minutes until well chilled (45–50°F / 7–10°C).
- 2
Prepare glassware
Select clean, room-temperature white wine glasses. If glasses feel warm, rinse them briefly with cold water and let them air dry or chill in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes so the wine stays cool longer.
- 3
Open the bottle
Use a corkscrew to remove the cork carefully. Wipe the bottle mouth with a clean cloth or napkin to remove any cork particles. If the bottle has a screw cap, twist it off and wipe the rim.

Mint garnish: Lightly slap a mint sprig between your palms to release aroma, then place on the rim or float it in the glass for a fresh herbal note that complements the Sauvignon Blanc's grassy character.

Serve with or without ice: Traditionally white wine is served without ice to avoid diluting flavor. If serving outdoors in warm weather, place a couple of ice cubes in glasses; note this will cool and slightly dilute the wine.
