Herb crostini

Prepare bread
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange baguette slices on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Whisk together 3 tbs olive oil, chopped parsley, thyme and 1/4 tsp salt in a small bowl. Brush or lightly drizzle the mixture over both sides of the bread slices.
- 3
Toast in the oven 6–8 minutes, flipping once, until golden and crisp. Remove and let cool slightly. Rub the top of each warm crostini with the cut garlic clove for a subtle garlic note.
