Method

Prepare the Patties

1

Mix the Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well using your hands until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each into a patty, about 3/4 inch thick.

Cook the Patties

3

Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.

4

Cook the Patties

Place the patties on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until they reach your desired doneness.

Assemble the Burgers

5

Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Muenster cheese on each patty and cover to allow the cheese to melt.

6

Prepare the Rolls

While the cheese is melting, slice the pretzel rolls in half horizontally.

7

Build the Burger

On the bottom half of each pretzel roll, place a cheesy patty. Top with a generous spoonful of sauerkraut and a tablespoon of haus mustard. Place the top half of the roll on the burger.
