Mushrooms Preparation

Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the king trumpet mushrooms and slice them into 1/2-inch thick pieces. Toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the Mushrooms

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the mushrooms. Cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and tender.

Black Garlic Vinaigrette Preparation

Make the Vinaigrette

In a blender, combine black garlic, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Chimichurri Preparation

Prepare the Chimichurri

In a food processor, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, and salt. Pulse until finely chopped but still slightly chunky.

Garlic Crunch Preparation

Make Garlic Crunch

Slice the garlic cloves thinly. Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic slices and a pinch of salt, frying until golden and crispy. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.

Assembly

Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, arrange the cooked mushrooms. Drizzle with black garlic vinaigrette and chimichurri. Top with garlic crunch before serving.
