Chicken Wings
Method
Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until evenly coated with the seasoning.
Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Prepare the Sauce
While the wings are baking, melt the unsalted butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce until well combined.
Coat the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat thoroughly.
Serve
Serve the spicy chicken wings hot with blue cheese dressing on the side for dipping.
