Pork Tenderloin Preparation

Prepare the Pork
Trim excess fat from the pork tenderloin and slice it into 1-inch thick pieces.

Bread the Pork
Dredge each pork slice in flour, then dip into the egg wash, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside.
Cooking the Pork Tenderloin

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.

Fry the Pork
Carefully place the breaded pork slices in the skillet and fry for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Remove and Drain
Transfer the cooked pork to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Sandwich Assembly

Prepare the Buns
Toast the burger buns lightly on a pan or in a toaster.

Assemble the Sandwich
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun. Place a piece of fried pork on top, followed by a lettuce leaf and tomato slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
