Method

BBQ Ribs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F). Rub the pork ribs with salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Ribs

Place the ribs on a baking sheet and cover them with aluminum foil. Bake for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender. Remove from the oven and brush with BBQ sauce.

  3. 3

    Finish on the Grill

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the ribs for about 5-10 minutes on each side, basting with more BBQ sauce, until caramelized and slightly charred.

Cheese Curds

  1. 4

    Set Up the Breading Station

Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg mixed with milk, and one with breadcrumbs.

  2. 5

    Bread the Cheese Curds

Dip each cheese curd in flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

  3. 6

    Fry the Cheese Curds

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded cheese curds in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.

Fried Pickles

  1. 7

    Prepare the Breading Station

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with an egg and milk mixture, and one with cornmeal.

  2. 8

    Bread the Pickles

Dip each pickle slice in flour, then into the egg mixture, and finally coat with cornmeal.

  3. 9

    Fry the Pickles

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded pickle slices in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

Coconut Shrimp

  1. 10

    Prepare the Breading Station

Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg and milk, and one with coconut flakes.

  2. 11

    Bread the Shrimp

Dip each shrimp in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat with coconut flakes.

  3. 12

    Fry the Shrimp

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the breaded shrimp in batches for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
